RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or not as described, please reach out to us right away. Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue — including photos of the damage if possible — and we’ll make it right. All vinyl orders ship in V03 Whiplash LP Mailers for maximum protection, so you can purchase with confidence.

HOW TO RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM
We take great care in packing every order, but occasionally, things happen in transit that are beyond our control. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement — just make sure to email us within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to sender.

CLOTHING MERCH POLICY
All clothing merch is fulfilled through a third-party vendor, which means we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges — all sales are final. Since sizing can vary across brands and styles, if you’re between sizes or unsure, we strongly recommend ordering one size up to ensure the best fit. This guidance is also noted on each product page.
